RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Badhai Décor believes in helping the Buyers. In order to facilitate a hassle-free online purchase experience for the Buyers, Badhai Décor provides for a return, refund and cancellation policy that addresses the issues.
Request for Return: The Buyer may make a request for return of the Product if the Product is faulty or defective, damaged, different from the description provided on the Online Store or of a different size or fit. The Buyer may only in certain cases request for a return of the Product, if the Buyer is unhappy with the quality of the Product. In case of faulty, defective or damaged Product, the Buyer is required to send images of broken, defective or damaged Product within 3 days from the date of delivery along with the order number to Care@badhaidecor.com. The photos of the damaged, defective or different products are essential to establish and defend the claim of the Buyer.
Timelines for Request for Return: The Buyer may raise a request for return of the Product anytime within 3 days from the date of delivery of the Product. The Return may be initiated by accessing and following the instruction at the ‘Return Policy’ section on the Website.
Conditions to Return: The Product must be returned in the original condition in which they were received along with the bills and the labels. Products, which were sold as combo packs or sets, are not eligible for return or replacement as individual items. The Buyer is aware and acknowledges that in case of electronic items, the repair and replacement policy of the relevant brand will be applicable.
Reverse Pickup Process: On receipt of Request for Return, wherever applicable, Badhai Décor will initiate reverse pickup through its Logistic Partner. The Logistic Partner will then contact the Buyer and arrange for the pick-up of the Product. The Buyer is required to collect a written confirmation with the order number from the Logistic Partner indicating that the relevant Product has been picked up. The Buyer may be required to furnish the written confirmation in case of discrepancy or dispute in relation to the reverse pick-up.
Self-Send Process: In certain case where the Website may not be able to provide for reverse pick-up, the Buyer may be required to initiate the return request and courier the Product along with the with the bills and the labels to the address as provide in the ‘Return Policy’ section of the Website. The Buyer may be required to take a print of the Return Request Slip and provide the same to the courier agent or place it on the parcel of the returned Product. In the event the shipment is not delivered to Badhai Décor or the shipment is empty, the onus shall be on the Buyer to prove by submitting a copy of the Proof of Delivery received from the courier service provider to establish the claim of return of the Product.
Refund: The Refund will be done in terms of Store Credit. If the buyer wishes to get the refund in the Original Payment Mode then the Cancellation fees of 5% will be charged.
In case of cash payments, the user will have to share the account details where they want the return to be made.
Exchange: In the event the Buyer places a request for exchange of the Product, the exchange will be done on the sale price of the Product and not on the maximum retail price or the reduced price. Further, any request for exchange or replacement will be subject to availability of the Product.
Cancellation of Transaction: The Buyer may cancel the Transaction within 12 Hours of placing the Order by sending a mail to email@example.com.
Notice of Cancellation: Badhai Décor will accept notice of cancellation only when the Buyer within the timelines has made the cancellation request. In order to cancel an Order, the Buyer is required to make a cancellation request by calling on the Customer Care +91 9897617127 number or by writing an e-mail to Care@badhaidecor.com. Badhai Décor will not accept and process any cancellation request sent in the manner other than as indicated herein.
Queries &Dispute: In the event there is any delay, dispute or query in relation to the return, refund or cancellation initiated by the Buyer, the Buyer may send the query or the issue by writing an e-mail to Care@badhaidecor.com or call on the number +91 9897617127 for resolution of the query or issue.
Delivery: When the User purchases a Product listed at Badhaidecor.com, the delivery of the ordered Product shall be made by the delivery partners. The Delivery Partner shall make one attempt to deliver the package to the destination indicated at the time of placing the order in case, of a failure to deliver, the Delivery Partner shall intimate it to the Buyer and as indicated to the Buyer make another attempt to deliver the ordered Product at the Delivery Point or attempt to deliver the ordered Product to the alternative delivery address in the vicinity, as indicated by the Buyer. In the event, the Buyer is unable to provide Alternative Delivery Point within the time as may be indicated by the Delivery Partner or fails to pick-up the ordered Product from the warehouse of the Delivery Partner within 7 Days, the Delivery Partner will return ordered Product to Badhai Décor.
Undelivered Products: On the receipt of the undelivered Product, Badhaidecor.com will intimate the same to the Buyer and based on the request of the Buyer arrange to re-deliver the Product to the Buyer at such additional cost and Charges as shall be indicated by Badhaidecor.com to the Buyer. In the event, Badhaidecor.com does not receive any response from the Buyer within 7 Days from the date of failed attempt to deliver the ordered Product at the Delivery Point or the Alternate Delivery Point, as the case may be, Badhaidecor.com shall be free to dispose off the ordered Product, as it may deem fit.
